The room at Hotel Be-Zen Shimanouchi was spacious and had a traditional Japanese look which added to the overall aesthetic. The bathroom was exceptional with plenty of amenities. I would recommend this hotel for its unique ambiance and comfortable accommodations.

The hotel had good location, being near the train station and close to the main attractions in the city center. the large room size was practical for storing luggage. the bathroom offered a good number of amenities to use.

Had a wonderful Xmas at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, with great amenities such as a huge spa bath and high-quality bathroom products. The staff was friendly and accommodating, folding our clothes and providing great housekeeping services. The key location was perfect for exploring the local attractions, shopping and entertainment areas with ease. And the best aspect was the comfortable bed and pillows that gave us a great night’s sleep.

Although the rooms were clean and spacious, there are no hooks to hang clothes or coats, no side tables or a bench to put our shoes. It would have been more comfy with these little additions to the room.
